Confidential provider- or recipient-related data is not disclosed on the Web Portal’s public pages. Private Web pages are accessible only by authorized users and may contain protected provider and recipient health care information.  To ensure the protection of confidential provider and recipient information, Conduent encrypts any data being passed to and from computers across the Internet. In addition, access to the secure area requires entry of a unique login.
